The Shri Luxmi Narayan Temple, an age-old institution, since 1916 has been serving the needs of the Indian community for 88 years to this present day. In 2004, through the efforts of the members a hall was built to cater for weddings. The name Shri Luxmi Narayan Temple was synonymous for Indian weddings. In 1989, yet again the need was identified for a one stop wedding house, and thus “package deal weddings” was introduced. The hall is ideally located in Mobeni Heights, Chatsworth and within close proximity to the N2, north and south bound. It accomadates 1000 seats.
MAIN HALL
Shri Luxmi Narayan Temple has come a long way in the past 15 years since the introduction of package deal weddings, the interior of the hall has been refurbished, floors have been tiled, chairs have been upholstered, down lighters installed for theme afternoon weddings, a new state of the art décor has been installed, and is upgraded on a yearly basis. We offer fairy lights, fully draped hall and sound. Our décor contractor is a phone call away to attend to your personal requirements. The aesthetic design of the hall is such that guests have an unobstructed view of the weddings proceedings on stage.
PARKING AND SECURITY
Our private parking accommodates approximately 200 cars, controlled by car guards, and supervised by a professional security guard. In addition guests can also utilize the adjoining municipal parking with easy access to the hall.
